ABOUT US
Fidelis Dialysis Care was established to be the first free-standing dialysis center in Lipa City.
Dr. Glen Lasafin, the CEO, and his wife were both trained in the US where Dr. Lasafin was an administrator of one of largest dialysis company in the US - Davita, Inc.; while his wife was a nephrology nurse at Fresenius Medical Care.
